The Stockholm Wide open 2023 was a fun weekend of badminton, friendships and celebrations in the heart of the Swedish capital.
On Friday the 16th of June,the players were invited to a welcome drink in the beautiful Stockholm old town. Bubbly mingle in the summer sun.
Next day was tournament day and 140 players from 13 different countries gathered at the Badminton stadion for a full day of badminton. Great sweaty day!
On Saturday night the party continued at the Club Backdoor with tasty drinks and dancing the night away!
The Sunday we could enjoy a nice brunch at the Clarion Hotel followed by a historic walk in the old town, led by our own historian Kalle.
